A development of luxury homes in Sutton cum Lound
MHA has successfully delivered a new build development, located in the village of Sutton Cum Lound in Nottinghamshire for Fenwood Estates. The luxury development consists of 33 dwellings comprising 3 and 4 bed houses with garages and allocated front of house parking with direct access to electric vehicle charging points,along with associated highways, public open space, and hard and soft landscaping.
The site layout ensures accessibility to green spaces whether this be through parcels of soft landscaping within curtilage, or larger areas of public open space to be used by the residents.
The scheme builds on the local vernacular architecture with its design relating back to the local area’s heritage, implementing brick detail projections whilst also ensuring that the development generates an appearance of its own.
