39 new affordable homes for Rochdale
The team at MHA have delivered 39 beautiful new affordable homes for shared ownership and rent-to-buy for Rochdale Boroughwide Housing. RBH have shared a video of their new homes, click here.
Rochdale Boroughwide Housing, said "We know that the borough needs more new good quality, genuinely affordable homes of the right type, of the right tenure, and in the right places to meet changing needs and aspirations and to widen the housing choices open to residents. We also know that we need to keep raising the quality of existing homes and of their surrounding environment. Our new homes at the Cottons, Great Howarth, help us to meet those aspirations. These 39 new homes for shared ownership and rent-to-buy were completed in 2020 and have been well received by local residents. A number of existing RBH tenants are among the new residents in our rent-to-buy homes.
