Norfolk Park School is based in Sheffield and provides education for nursery and primary age children with special educational needs, operated by the local authority Sheffield City Council.
The children's disabilities range across, but are not limited to; Autism Spectrum disorder (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
MHA Architects were appointed to design a new building specifically for the needs of the children including a sensory room, exercise pool and mobility equipment throughout.
