Paul Chadwick

Director, Architect, Principal Designer

Paul is Head of our Residential Sector and leads a multi-disciplinary team of architects and technicians in the design and delivery of both large and small scale projects, including student accommodation, urban living mixed use developments, affordable housing, supported living and private residencies.

More recently, Paul has worked on two complex medium and high rise housing regeneration schemes Salford and Leeds and a medium and low rise PRS Development in Stoke City Centre.

Outside work, Paul enjoys cycling, cricket, cooking and playing football with his two young sons.
